Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to bookings of the yacht operated under the name Pink Yacht Dubai. By confirming a booking you agree to them.

Booking and price

  • The price is AED 1,800 per hour Mon–Thu or AED 2,499 Fri–Sun (decoration + cake included) for the whole yacht, with a minimum booking of 3 hours.
  • A booking is confirmed once payment has been completed through the secure payment link we send on WhatsApp.
  • Decoration + cake is AED 300 Mon–Thu and included Fri–Sun (custom decoration or cake from AED 500 each). Other extras (flowers, catering, photographer, water sports and others) are quoted separately and confirmed on WhatsApp.

Guests

  • The maximum number of guests on board is 20.
  • Guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult throughout the charter.

Timing and meeting point

  • Cruises run from Dubai Marina. The meeting point is confirmed on WhatsApp.
  • The charter starts and ends at the booked times. Please arrive early so the full time can be used on the water.

Safety and conduct

  • The captain is responsible for the safety of the yacht and guests and may change the route, pause or end the cruise if weather, sea conditions or guest behaviour require it.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the yacht or its equipment.
  • Illegal substances and dangerous items are not allowed on board.

Changes to a booking

Any request to change the date or time of a booking should be sent on WhatsApp and is subject to availability.
